How to run Developer 2000 on intranet

I am using Oracle Developer 2000 II (Form ver. 6.0) for few applications which are running at various depts.

Now problem I am facing is that I have installed Developer run time on each client, which causes huge problems in maintaining same version of applications.

So, my question is that is there any way I can deploy my application through a centralized application server.

Someone told me that I can do it with Oracle Application Server, but I don’t know how?

I appreciate very muchif you please guide me.
