How to setup a test w2k network at home

I prepared a home network at home with 1 W2k server, 1 w2k pro, 2 win98. I can’t make them communicate. I want to install Active Directory, it require a network established.
All NICs are 10/100, a 5 port hub, I use ip 192.168.0…netmask 255.255.255.0. But they can’t communicate! Please help. Thanks.
