How to share a printer in Win98se

Windows98se box needs local printer shared out to Domain Users. I only see the peer to peer setting under Sharing for the printer. What am I forgetting. The machine is set to logon to the domain. It can see networks shares and participate in thedomain. Is it a network service that is not installed?
