How to stop-Enter your Network Password

How do I prevent the “Enter your Network Password for Microsoft Networking” dialogue box from showing up at every boot. System is Win 98SE, and in Network Properties I have selected the “Windows Logon” as the “Primary Network Logon” checkbox.
