How to test memory

After installing a new power supply and motherboard, when the machine booted it did not display POST. Disconnected every thing except for one hard drive and floppy. Booted from the floppy and installed DOS v6.2 on the hard disk. The machine now starts from the hard drive. Where can I find software to run a memory test?
