how to update virus definition from a ba

Hi. I would like to konw what is the best way to run the virus defition update in
all pc’s from a share that I usually put this file each time I download it
from its web site. The pc’s are in a LAN but stand alone. I don’t have a logon server. How can I write a batch file that do this. Thank you for your help.
