How to upgrade to Win2k

Hi!

I know this may sound thick – but I have a business with a server and 8 pc’s runing windows NT4 – i believe that win2k will allow me to let all pc’s access the internet using internet connection sharing?

How do I upgrade to Win2k – is it as easy as buying the disk and loading it on all machines?
