How to Use DOS Applications on Win200Pro

Our company is now doing a huge rehall of its entire system (desktops, servers, routers, ect). We bought desktop systems and put Win 2000 Pro as their OS’s. However we have several employees that have programs that run in DOS. Does anyone know ofa way to operate dos functions on a win2000 platform?
