How to use WOL in vpn’s

Many PC’s today have the so called Wake on LAN, and so do approx 90% of the PC that my department are controlling. In the house where our company is “homed” we have 40 segments of Virtual Private Networks. If we in this envirronment try’s to use WOL we only wakes up PC in our own VPN segment.

Our switches can handle multicasting, so that part shouldn’t be the problem. Is there nice and easy way to use Wake on LAN despite the different VPN segment’s
