How to web enable a program?

I use VNC viewer now so I can see PC’s at my work. I have bought programs which are web enabled and I can put the IP address in my browser and the program returns me some info like Network stats. Is there an easier way to do this other than VNC or PCAnywhere? I do not want control just to look and see?
I am looking for utility not programming if possible.
