HP 6270 scanner RETURNS!

As this model allows using both SCSI and USB interfaces, I changed the HP 6250 scanner on a WIN98 machine and using USB port.

Again, the HP PrecisionScan software 2.0 does not recognize the ADF and regular 1 page scan usually takes about 10 minutes to complete (10 minutes for a preview and about the same for the actual scan).
Testing ADF returns “SORRY, cannot access your scanner.”

On SCSI, both controller and scanner were visible. On USB, scanner is visible and its test returns OK.

It is a f…ing USD 900 scanner and it worths s..t. HP INVENT is GREAT! HP teams and online support, no HELP!
