HP CD-Writer error “High Speed Media”

Does anyone have a HP CD-Writer with the MY CD software. Are you getting the error “High Speed media detected. The media is not compatable with this Writer”? Have you managed to fix the error or are you still getting it?
Has anyone got any suggestions? I would like to hear.
This is what has been done so far, tested on 10 different PC’s, tried a number of different Writers and have also tried 5 different brand of disks, size and speed. I have also carried out a number of other troubleshooting steps.
This is very important.
