HP DEsignjet 450 C configuration

I ‘ m using HP designjet 450 to print out geographical maps on A0 format ,before I was able to print maps and the names of regions and other maps labels but now it’s not possible to print maps and words it only print maps without words unless if you set the printer A4 format ther it prints a small part of the map on the big paper
so how should I solve the problem
