hp help

i have a customer who took it upon his self to clean out his computer from dust. he took off the cpu fan and the proccessor came out with it. he put the cpu back in but bent a couple of pronges on it but bent them back straight. He also didn’t ground himself from static either. The problem is now that he has done all of this the computer doesn’t start up. all it is doing is the fans are starting but nothing else. i can’t even get into bios. Is there a way to at least get it to bios without having to replace the cpu.
