HP LJ 5Si blues

I am having a serious issue with my printer not wanting to print from tray 3 when I tell it to, no matter what program or computer I use. I have tried a cold reset, changing tray to to preprinted forms, even switching out formatter boards, all to no avail!! It doesn’t matter what program I’m using, it still does it!! Help!!!!
