I have been evaluating 4 tc4200’s and have already run into several intermittent issues. I have not had a reliable tc4200 yet except for the eval unit we received before ordering a small amount of production units. I was wondering if anyone has heard of anything similar to the following issues.
Issues:
1) With hibernation set to never both plugged and unplugged screen will go black at varying intervals and will not wake up.
2) If you unplug and then replug in the unit or if you disable and then re-enable wireless the mouse becomes eratic to the point that the machine has to be rebooted to get normal activity back. (Intermittent but often)
3) If hibernation is set the laptop goes into hibernation but does not wake.
Have performed bios update to rev f.03 which was suppose to fix mouse behavior but it didn’t.
Would appreciate any feedback.
