HP WebJetAdmin and print queue’s

I’ve recently installed HP’s WebJetAdmin to maintain a handle on my campus’ networked printers. Love the product but since my last bit of tweaking around with it several printers are now displaying printed jobs in the queue rather than deleting them once they have printed. The status of a job shows printed but the job remains in the queue. Any idea on what setting I turned on by mistake and how I can get rid of this?

Since the jobs remain in the queue another user could click on a printedjob and print another copy. This could be a bad thing…
