HPLaserjet DHCP with router

Hello

I recently purchased a HPlaserjet 4M plus; and I am trying to connect it to my network. I had no problem connecting it to my computer (xp pro) ethernet pro, as it received an IP address through my DHCP server on my computer. However, when I try to connect it to my linksys befw11S4 wifi router, it obstinately displays the “18 MIO NOT READY” message; and doesnt pick up the IP from the router.

Any ideas?
