Hsp56 Audiomodem Riser Driver

My modem, is not working
It’s installed inside my pc
On Com 4
but I have a palm on Com 1
and I cannot desactivate my modem
Now, I’m with a cable modem for internet
I don’t know if I need a new driver? for this hsp56 audio modem riser
but it’sseem to make conflict with my Palm
and My windows Millenium doesn’t recoghise my modem
Qhat can I do
