HTC HD2 Rooted to Android version 2.3.5 PROBLEMS ;-(

I have a T-mobile HTC HD2 that had windows 6.1 on it & I rooted it from online myself (stupid)…to Android Version 2.3.5, Mod Version Cyanogenmod-7, Kernel 2.6.32.15, etc…. It worked fine for awhile and then started acting up, playing songs for no reason, now I can’t figure out how to get the sound going for calls, texts & it keep coming up with an error message every now & then like this:
“Sorry!, Activity ADW.Launcher (in application ADW.Launcher) is not responding”…”Foreclose or Wait”…. UGH!! I need help! Do I need to uninstall this & reinstall it? If so, how do I do this, I’m so confused at this point & just want my phone to work right again. Please, any help anyone can give would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much. Natalie
