hwinfo shows an error in irq-holder

hwinfo /ui is showing error code 22 in irq-holder for pci-control(in german: pci-steuerung). i rememember seeing such an error in device manager some time ago but cannot find it anymore. is this message in hwinfo old history? if not what can i do tosee it in device manager and solve the problem?
