Hyperlink Word to a specific Excel Sheet

I am trying to insert a hyperlink in a Word 2000 doc. to a specific sheet in an Excel 2000 workbook. On the word doc. I click the insert Hyperlink, browse file and choose the Excel workbook. What do I need to insert after the Workbook name to make it go to Sheet 3 or do I need to set up a Macro to make it point to Sheet 3 and how do I do that? Thanks A Novice
