I am stuck in 16 bit color

I am stuck in 16 bit color and when I go to change to 256 colors there isn’t enough room to find the ok button to click. Any help will be graetly appreciated. Please send reply to agphilbrick@hotmail.com as I can’t get into my peoplepc.com mail set at 16 bit.
