I can only see half of the network.

I have a NT 4.0 network and one workgroup on the same setup. When I log into the network all of the things that are mapped to the fileserver connects back up just fine. But the other systems in the workgroup cannot be seen. Now if I go to any other system in the workgroup I can see everyone on it including the one that can’t see them. I’ve changed NIC and Cable still no change. Any idea’s?
