I need a new site builder…

I need another web page authoring tool like Trellix web. I had it installed on my old computer but have bout this new Gateway. I went
to the download site & dled it but couldn’t open my site, saved on disc, with it. I was told to dl Cutesitebuilder which I did. But this thing
will cost me $69 after 30 days. I need a free program to update my site, which is at http://members.tripod.com/willy2u/ I have Dreamweaver, HomeSite 4.5, and Homestead Personal on this computer, Is there anyway to use any of them to update my site? Thanks!
