I need help from the pros

Hello,

All the mighty tech giants. My work requires sending out emails 100’s everyday.

I have a database or some system that has all the names, email addresses and there ID numbers.

Every time I have to send the same email to all of these guys, everytime I have ti individually type or copy paste the ID number, email address and the Names.

I am sure there is a way that I can hit send once and the email will automatically pick up the details from the database and place them in the relevant areas of the page without me having to do it manually.

If some one can help please.
