I need help with Windows 2k & Jasmine ii

I have a couple of questions. I am running Windows 2k on a 500/100 Compaq Deskpro with 256 Megs of Ram.

I run- The OS, Jasmine ii, Jasmine ODB and an object Meta-data database. When I start up my box it starts Jasmine and Tomcat along with my DB- Problem is, it takes almost ten minutes to load up my desktop and when it does, I sometimes “hang” with certain OS functions.

Is there a way- short of reinstalling Jasmine and the db, of fixing this problem? After ten minutes, I do get full finctinality, however, it is a pain.
