I/o system errror

When I boot the computer i get the following error message “WHILE INITIALINZING DEVICE IOS: AN I/O SUBSYSTEM DRIVER FAILED TO LOAD, EITHER A FILE IN THE \IOSYBSYSTEM SUBDIRECTORY IS CORRUPT OR THE SYSTEM IS LOW ON MEMORY”
Then it only boots into safe mode
any ideas would be appreciated.
