Comments: Because of a slow Internet connection, I would like to download articles of interest (perhaps in .pdf format) and read them off-line. A download link in the e-mail newsletter would be very helpful.
DSL and digital cable are NOT available in my area. I am located in an area where no municipality wishes to take responsibility for this – the battle with legislators and SBC
