I want to create a logon system policy.

I have Win2k Pro and I have admin rights, but I want to creat a system policy to where it allows my id only to log onto the domain from my pc. Please point me in the right direction to getting this accomplished. My partner tried it and ended up locking everyone including himself out and he had to rebuild so I want to do it right the first time. Thanks in advance.
