I want to know how to make my CD\DVD drive work again?

Hi, I just installed windows 7 when I found in my softwares, Asus S2014L1T_V102 executable file, I didnt know what was it so I executed it, it started a cmd window, I pressed Y as commanded and it started, I immediately terminated the window as I didnt know what it was doing till I check, apparently I messed something up cause now the pc doesnt recognize my CD\DVD drive anymore even though I formatted my C drive and re-installed the windows 7 again, and the lamp in the CD rom is on all the time now, but I cant get the tray to open or the drive to work, someone please help me.
