I-WORM\LABLAN.A ANY HELP??

Hi i am new to this discussion board. This worm according to AVG is in my system volume information but i can’t get access to the folder. I have tried numerous anti virus and virus repair programs but nothing seems to work. I keep getting a pop up message from AVG saying that has found this virus/worm. I can’t open the folder to see whats in it nor can i delete it. I had to unhide the folder so i could see it on the folder contents of my C: drive within my computer. Any help at all would be most appreciated.
