IBM GL300

I have a IBM GL300 that the hard drive was making alot of noise and needed to be replaced. I replaced the drive and wanted to boot up off the CD and I did not see boot up on CD as an option. I can boot up from the A drive but attempting to access the C: drive it says that nothing is found.

Need to adjust the BIOS to boot from CD and any suggestions about the hard drive.
