IBM S50 Issues

Hi all, I have a IBM S50 PC that is misbehaving and driving me nuts! It will randomly freeze up, and sometimes just lock the PS/2 keyboard and mouse. I have replaced the power supply and motherboard. I have swapped out the memory and CPU at different stages with the new motherboard with no luck. Any ideas??
