ICMP error

Everytime I try to ping other workstation which is connected in the same network using TCP/IP
protocol.This error message prompt out in windows box”c:\windows\system\icmp.dll appears to
corrupt,reinstall the file and then try again.
PLease advice what to do.I am using win95 operating system.
