ICS Static IP

My ICS on my LAN was working good until I had to set static IP addresses on the workstations. Once I changed the ICS host from 192.168.0.1 to 192.9.200.x and my workstations from (Obtain IP address automatically) to 192.9.200.x. The ICS host dial-upinternet still works fine but the WS
cannot find a Web page(Server time-outs). The WS can talk to the Host pc and do sharing.
