ICS with a dial-up internet connection

I have found that when you use ICS on a NIC Card (like DSL,T1,etc..) no one has to be logon on to the server. But I only have the option of a dial-up connection to the internet. Is there a way not be logged on to the server, and the still use the ICS dial-on-demand feature in Windows2000 Advanced Server?
