ICS with both Win2000 and Win98

Is it possible to have ICS on Win2k/WinXP PC and allow Win98 client to access? I am having ADSL connection on Win2K/XP to internet. Also, do i need to make changes to my norton firewall to allow Win98 client to access internet. I am having 2 NIC on Win XP PC and in a workgroup. Many thanks!
