ICS with DSL, Part Deux

I have WIN2000 host PC connected to Earthlinks DSL service through an Intel NIC.
This works fine. My problem is when I connect my laptop with WIN98SE/IE5.0
through a hub to the second Network Everywhere/Linksys NIC on the host WIN2000
PC. Ican transfer files across this network, but cannot access the internet
from the laptop. I have used all the same equipment when I had both PCs using
WIN98SE and ICS and it worked fine. I have used the online help page on the MS
site on how to use ICS with WIN2000, but to no avail. The odd thing is, when I
enable ICS on the NIC, WIN2000 places the IP address onto the other NIC, but my
internet access continues to function on the host PC. Please help! Thanks.
