IE 5 & 5.5

Address bar on IE 5.0&5.5 is showing that it sharing with someone, hands showing. Users cannot access websites when they go into the drop down tab. Can someone help me with this issue it be coming a real hassle. Has any one ever experience this problem before if so do email me how you rectified the problem or some sort of advice. Thanks in advance.
