IE 5.5 can’t find printer

We have a PC at one of our field offices that can’t find a printer through the web browser. When you try to print something from a web page a message comes up saying,”cannot find printer”. We can print from all other applications on the PC without any problems. The printer has been reinstalled and all the Internet Explorer updates have been applied. Any ideas?
