IE 6 won’t work on XP Pro

Hey folks,

I’ve been installing new machines running XP Pro on our Win2K network. When I initially set up each machine IE 6 works okay, but afterwards I get “Page cannot be displayed”. No matter what I do — and I’ve tried everything Microsoft has on it — it still will not work. I can ping any IP address okay, no firewall / security software. I’ve reset IP stack, did clean boot, checked DNS server and still can’t connect. Help!
