IE always shows Page Not Found

IE 5.5 always displays page not found. I am connected to the internet (2 tv screens in bottom right). Outlook works fine send ing receiving messages but Browser simply fails to connect to the internet. Tried removing IE and Reinstalling. Still same problem.

Any ideas
