IE and startup

My question is this:

After logging into my NT4 workstation – Internet Explorer tries to load (its not in the startup anywhere) and comes back with an error message saying the page can’t be displayed. Well – I don’t want the page to be displayed anyway. I’m not sure if this is in the registry or not….help….
