IE Crashes Frequently

I get a lot of IE crashes on my system. Usually of the “exeption not handled” type or it opens to the debugger.

This happens even on fresh installs of Windows.

Im running IE 5.5 sp2 with all critical updates.

My pet theory is that its hardware related. Just wondering if any of you have had hardware crash the browser.

My hardware is: Celeron 333
Abhit BH-6 rev.1
2×128 PC 100 Ram
Viper 700 TNT
Creative Labs DVD
Kingston 10/100 NIC
USR 56K
Sounblaster AWE 64
motherboard monitor indicated a temp of 95F
