IE standard favorites for all users

We are rolling out Win2000 pro PC’s to a call center, in an NT4 server (at the moment) environment.

As users log into different PC’s, they have to configure IE (5.5) options each time they log onto a new computer. Also, we would like all users bebegin with a standard set of favorites.

I know that Win2000 policies can set up favorites by OU, but I’m unsure about NT.

How can we get around the need for users to set up IE on each machine?

Does anyone have an easy/best solution? We are hoping to migrate to Win2000/AD soon, so might it be woth waiting?

We run SMS 2.0, so file distribution is an option.
