IE window

Lately I have come across a user that for some reason or another, has been experiencing a strange glitch. Whenever this user opens a new link from the web the new window appears to the bottom right hand corner. It appears to be minimized, but in fact it is not, it is just moved off the the side so that just the title appears. Also, some of the new windows appear larger than the screen size. I have tried to change the res. in the setting, but no luck. Any suggestions? Thanks Mike
