IE5 and number of concurrent downloads

Currently IE5 only allows a user to download 3 files at once. When you try to download a 4th, it will hang until one of the others is finished, and then allow you to proceed. This is an unnecessary limitation for anyone with broadband.

How do I increase the number of concurrent downloads allowed in IE5?
