IE5.5 & Netscape 6 Email Link

Currently have a laptop set up with IE 5.5 & Netscape 6. Defaults are all set for Outlook to handle the email however when on a webpage in IE5 and click on the “send message to” or “contact us” hyperlink Netscape Mail opens and attempts to send themessage. The strange this is that when in IE5.5 he clicks on Tools/MailandNews/New Message Outlook is running the email. Don’t want to delete netscape mail (handles the person’s secondary email account and he doesn’t want one program to handle both accounts) but needs Outlook to handle the outbound messages regardless of how he attempts to send one (off the tools/mail… vs hyperlink click).
