IE6 User login problems

Everysince I updated Internet Exlporer in June of this year, I have had problems using websites such as Hotmail & Yahoo mail eversince putting the latest patch on. I can usually get in by deleting the cookies and hitting refresh, but I don’t think it is supposed to work that way. Does anyone know how to fix this.
